The newborn feeding relationship is a sacred one. A new, tiny person relies on you for food, comfort and connection. It can be wildly beautiful and overwhelming at the same time. Witnessing this relationship unfold and supporting families on their journey is one of my greatest joys.
I believe that all new parents deserve compassionate lactation support that is not rushed or one size fits all. I like to get a comprehensive picture of your experience: your birth, how you’re recovering, what your support system looks like, and how you’re feeling about feeding your baby.
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I provide a thorough feeding assessment, and create a plan that supports your feeding goals.

initial HOME visit, 60-90 minutes: $150
follow up visit, 60 minutes: $95
Prenatal visit, 60 minutes: $95
All lactation sessions take place in your home. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible when experiencing any physical or emotional discomfort. Small adjustments and support at the beginning of your journey can make all the difference. Research studies show that professional and peer support results in significantly higher rates of breastfeeding duration. We’re not meant to do this alone…please ask for help, and we can help you build your village!
Meeting prenatally may be beneficial if you have concerns about breast anatomy, you’ve had breastfeeding challenges previously, anticipate a cesarean birth, or just want to be informed and prepared. Having an understanding of what is normal and expected can help you advocate for yourself wherever you give birth. A prenatal breast assessment can be empowering and encouraging, or bring up feelings. This is all normal. Together we can explore your concerns, goals, and your pump!
I service the Tulsa Metro area and presently accept private payment.
